Real Estate Video: This month in real estate – September 2010
The topic of This Month In Real Estate video (September 2010) is foreclosures. More specifically, California, Florida and Arizona have the highest number of foreclosed homes in the country for the first half of 2010.
TWO SIDED COIN

On the other hand, we continue to see a great market for home buyers with these inventories and the low interest rates. It has been and will continue to be a “buyer’s market,” in my opinion, for some time.
