- All necessary real estate contracts are now digital in .pdf file format, allowing clients to send, receive and store their copy of the documents digitally.
DIGITAL SIGNATURES ON REAL ESTATE PURCHASE DOCUMENTS
- Purchasing real estate requires legal documentation that can take a lot of client initialing and signing. Now, free of charge to our clients, we offer the client the option to sign all documentation with a legally binding digital signature.
