The current market conditions won’t last forever. The current ‘buyer’s market’ will not last.
Just as the real estate bubble wasn’t capable of lasting, neither are the current market conditions. This market will balance supply and demand eventually.
Are Fresno real estate investors helping the local market conditions or hurting them? It’s an interesting question.
